Lean Protein

Having too much estrogen will make you gain weight. Red meats such as beef and pork are both rich in estrogen. Estrogen is added to the animal\'s food as it will help the animal to gain weight quicker, and therefore speeds up food production. Unfortunately, it is passed to us through the food chain and can lead to an increase in estrogen levels. Avoiding foods which are high in added estrogen will speed up weight loss.
